While trying to use the practice section of this app, you regularly get questions that ask you to analyze diagrams. The problem is that the diagrams are so close in color to the background that they are impossible to see. The support chat only allows certain topic to be selected, and this problem isn't one of them. If you hesitate to select an option in the chat, it then logs you out of the chat. Very frustrating. Please fix.

Good tools, very buggy and annoying. The audio book doesn't save your spot. If you are listening to the audio book and you try scrolling up or down past where the audio book is reading, it yanks you back to where it is. If you swipe to the next page, the audio book stops, doesn't save your spot, and you have to try to find the time mark you were at. The AI study tool is pretty solid. Sometimes, it will give the wrong info, but that's very, very minimal.

Great app! First time using the app, but have had other courses with this platform before. Haven't used the AI feature, but looks promising. The app is great and has all the tools to read and save notes, bookmarks, etc. My favorite function on the app = "audio book" or "audio" feature... Perfect for listening to while doing work or problems associated with the xyz, on the go or wherever. Honestly best thing imo. Highly RECOMMEND 👍
